Ellen Mandel and Michael Lydon will lead a quartet playing for NY's 9th Precinct Awards Evening at the Cooper Union Great Hall Thursday March 31 at 6 pm. "We've been playing this gig for years," says Lydon, "and we always enjoy honoring the policemen who put their lives on the line to keep us safe in the city."
