Ellen Mandel and Michael and their swinging jazz quintet will be back for at least the twentieth time at the annual East 10th Street street fair, noon to five, on Saturday September 10, in the block between 2nd and 3rd Avenues.

"We love this gig," says Ellen. "So many friends neighborhood people come, it's like old home week." "Plus," says Michael, it's a great fair, all local vendors with small but attractive booths filled with bargains.
