Michael Lydon will be back at Lovecraft, the hippest bar on Avenue B, Saturday September 17, with Bob Goldberg on accordion, Sprocket Royer, bass, and Ellen Mandel singing backup vocals.
"This will be our fifth Lovecraft gig in the past year," says Lydon, "and our audience si slowly growing--must be because our retro-jazz groove suits Lovecraft's funky-but-fun vibe."
Music starts at 7 pm and continues, with several bands, until midnight. "Avenue B is filed with music bars," adds Lydon, "but we think Lovecraft is the coolest of the cool.
