For the umpteenth year in a row, Mandel & Lydon Band will play on East 10th Street--actually on the street!--with a rocking jazz quintet, playing old favorite standards, brand new tunes, and getting the passers by singing and dancing along. Come on out, find a few bargains at the down-to-earth booths, have some barbeque, and see old friends and neighbors!!
